I don't suppose you have pokerstars set to save hand histories?

I did request 3 times the hands for the lst 3 hours of my play. ALL i was sent was 3 hands instead.Further I wrote to request a tournament history hands and i got this reply from Pokerstars:
Thanks for your email.
''Please note that for server performance reasons, play money and freeroll hand histories are not stored in our database. Because of this, we are unable to further investigate this matter.''
I regret the fact I didnt do 4-5 screensshots with more hands from the beggining...

Did you dig around your own computer to see if you have a tournament history file saved somewhere?
