I emailed Lock Poker asking when they will be able to start accepting new US players and she told me to check back in early August.
The last time I asked them was about six-weeks ago and they told me to check back in a month, so I gave them a little extra time. Thought I'd pass this info along to those who are waiting to sign-up at Lock.

Oh yes, I am aware of the others. Lock recently had to stop new sign-ups because of the HUGE uptick in traffic. That's why you can't sign-up there. Until early August any way
Let's see, I can picture the reply already "Please check back with us agin in early October" lol

LOL, uptick in traffic. Somehow I don't think this is the reason.

An article last week claimed that new US signups would be allowed on Merge again this week. However, previous rumors have been false so I'm taking a wait & see attitude. I haven't gotten confirmation from our owner, Rizen, or anyone else at Lock on this. Lock cannot take new US signups until they get the green light from Merge.

Well it seems like Lockpoker still has some problems with accepting US players.
I can recommend two rooms which I consider the best for US players now.
Mintedpoker.com
Intertops.com
Both have great support and fast withdrawals. I use WU for both deposit/payout and these rooms return WU commission!

My posts above are negated, they stopped accepting US players. Betonline is your only option now.
