I was playing a mulitiple player tournament on carbon poker(100+players) and when there was 7 left( I was in 4th place), a popup kept telling me the program could not get an internet connection?? My internet was working perfectly on my other programs and my signal was perfect. The program eventually bllinded me out only letting me see some of my hands(some of them great), the other players seemed to be still connected. The program would not even let me turn it off. I had to to a hard shutdown to get carbon pokers lobby of my screen. Other people in canada have also told me they had to do a hard shutdown to get the program off the screen. Now I cant even enter the site???? Anyone know anything???

Contact customer support. I don't use Carbon.
Here's a tip: When a computer program becomes unresponsive, hold down CTRL Shift Esc to open task manager and click end now. After that try restarting the program. (This is for Windows, don't know if it works on Mac)
It sucks to be blinded out, but there will be other chances.
