Default Play a guy on a cakepoker over 3-4 days takes 60k off him and cake takes it back?

    Hi,
I am going to copy and paste the first post I made on 2+2 forum and link to the thread .
Thought I should post it on here let you guys know too .

    Hi ,
I was wondering if I can get some feedback from you guys and tell me what i can do about this .
Been playing a guy on cakepoker and took 60k off him over last 3-4 days and they locked my account today and took the money I won off him out of my account .
Ill post the emails they sent below .
    Thanks Mark.

    Hello Mark,
Thank you for your email. Can you please first explain us your relationship with account MaxSteak ?
    Kind Regards,
    Walter

I replyed that I dont have any relationship with this guy and just played him at the tables .

    Then I get ...

One of the partner sites on the Cake Network had a security issue which involved some accounts bringing fraudulently acquired funds to the tables and losing them. Your account was one of the accounts which won funds from one these fraudulent accounts ($60,614.10). We are sure you recognized and understood that the manner in which these accounts were playing against you was not rational poker. We apologize for this unfortunate issue but we cannot allow these funds to be retained in your poker account since they were not legitimate funds to begin with. These funds have now been removed from your account.
    Regards,
    Cake Poker Security

Back into my account now and the money I won off that guy is gone .

This is so sick what do i do ??

Any info is much appreciated thanks .

Anyway thats the first post I made on the thread and heres the link http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...t-wtf-1040155/

    Thanks.
    Mark.

that sucks man. Sounds like this person somehow illegally got funds onto Cake and for some reason dumped you all of the money. Doesn't make sense though. Doesn't add up. Even using instant echecks the most one could illegally get onto the site before closing their bank account would be like 2 grand or something. Unless cake is completely retarded and allowed him to deposit 60 grand before even checking if his account information was real. MAKES NO SENSE. either your story is bogus (which i really doubt it is cuz why would you waste our time and your own?) or cake is a fucked up crooked establishment and that player is associated with cake and they are just robbing you.

I've heard of this before, but that is only when a team of two people get on, one frauds echecks for 2 grand with fake bank account info, then the other player cashes the money out. but in your situation, it just doesnt make sense.

too bad you cant go to court, since it is not taxed and regulated... which i guess is why this whole black friday thing happened.

who knows. hope you enjoyed my opinion
