Anyone know where things are at with US withdrawls from Full Tilt? I received my money from 'Take 2' but that doesn't do me anygood unless I can get paid

As of the May 20th update they still don't can't tell their @$$ from a hole in the ground... such epic incompetence is surprising considering how quickly Stars was able to bring cashouts online...

Popular theory and evidence goes that FullTilt didn't have player's money segregated from operational money, so when they took FullTilt's money, they took everything.

Have full tilt send you a check, that's what i do. I usually withdraw amounts around $500 and have never had a problem. At worst your bank will want to put a hold on the funds until the check clears (3-5 days).Ive never heard of it being illegal to cash a legitimate check from anywhere. I believe the law only applies to electronic transfers, a friend of mine was threatened by his bank for depositing to PS from his checking account.
