Default Hello all, i frequent reading these boards from time to time

First time posting here, and actually just have a question

Is there anywhere on these forums that i could use to ask if anyone wanted to join my PokerClub on pokerstars

Basically, i only have 13 members, and we generally play mostly on Friday nights, Arizona time. anywhere from 9pm to 10pm

Its basically made up of close friends, our signifcant others, a few other coworkers we have known for the past few years, etc

How it works is pretty simple, i typically handle all the buyins and payouts through PayPal , and the buyins for the actual tourneys on PokerStars are strickly done through playmoney. We are all pretty serious players, not superstars by any stretch, and we generally just do $10 or $20 tourneys, with usually around 6 to 9 people playing. Pay out to top 3, pretty generous, but if your expecting to make big time money, its not for you

But im really trying to find some new blood to fuse into the Club, so if anyone is interested, please request to be emailed , and i can forward you the club info. YOU MUST have a PayPal account to play. Just easier that way. Either way, lmk , peace!

Not trying to be a downer but this is against the homegame rules set by pokerstars, as well as against Paypals rules.

I was thinking about this myself a while ago to avoid the rake . Except I was just going to transfer monies. We did something similar on another forum, but they had strong ties to pokerstars and could get away with it.

Yeah its just something we do primarily for fun and bragging rights, but throw in a few bucks here and there just to sweetin the pot so to speak

Add on the fact that no one can play Stars for real funds these days, and its pretty much the only choice we have in Phx area, other than going to Talking Stick Casino which is just too overcrowded for my tastes

Was hoping to just add a few other people in that play fairly regularly, hard to get more than 7 of us going at a time in our little tourneys we do

    Thanks again though! peace
