SOoooo... players, please, shed some light on this. I know EVERYONE is thinking the same thing.
Cake? Carbon? DoylesRoom? Bodog? 888?
What site has the best guaranteed MTTs? Turbos preferably...
How come they get to take our money but TILT, AP, and STARS don't?
Will they be shut down soon?!?! Can I still cash out legitely from them?!
I mean, come on, this has to be on all of our minds... I hate having to go play at the damn casino! I wanna gamble at home on my couch!!
PLEASE share your opinion not just for me but for everyone!!
THANK YOU![]()

So far there is no indication that other rooms will be closed down since this shutdown was directly related to fraud charges. That being said, no one is sure what the DOJ will do next. The only real advice one can give is to not leave too much money in any poker account. Cashout what you don't need to play and play it safe.
If you're American, the best option in our opinion is Cake Poker. They offer 33% rakeback plus some good bonuses. Hope this helps!Well over $300,000 free every month in 2011 with freerolls, rake races, and rake chases!
www.RakeGuard.com has the highest rakeback percentages available.

Its not illegal to play poker online in the US.
It is illegal for financial institutions to process funds to 'Gambling sites'. Since Gambling sites have never been defined it may very well not even be illegal for the financial institutions to process funds to the sites.
There is not been a person charged with illegally playing online poker by the US govt. There may be some states that have laws on the books though and I believe one of those is Washington State.
I'm not a lawyer but I stay on top of the online poker industry and this is only my understanding of it. Its definitely a grey area and one should make their own interpretations.

Also remember to keep only the money you need to play with in your account. Don't let your account build up too big...it might take months or even years to get it back out.

The current situation kinda throws off the standard bankroll rules... you don't want to have more than maybe 2-3 buyins for your limit on the site itself... the remainder of your required roll should be stored safely in a bank... you still need the requisite amount of buyins to safely play at a particular limit... but only a little of that bankroll is ever on the site at any given time... then as your profits get to the point where you're at 2-3 buyins plus the minimum cashout amount, process the cashout and keep the 2-3 buyins and start over again... it's annoying but it's safe until everything gets sorted out... and needless to say if you go broke just deposit again...
