    Default Concerns Regarding SHUT DOWN!

Okay, so i cashed out $2,300 USD about a week before the April 15th shutdown occurred. before then i cashed a couple checks from them and had no problem at my bank. Now, i can't even log into Absolute Poker, they won't answer my emails, and i am scared SH*TLESS that they are going to cancel my check or that it will bounce when i attempt to cash it.

Do you guys think that they will f*&K me over?

Do they have several international players and a reputation to uphold?

Anyone else have any experiences with Absolute to share?!

    LET ME KNOW!!!

furthermore, I'm addicted as sh%$ to online poker and would really like to keep playing. Bodog, Doylesroom, Cake... they all won't download onto my MAC! suggestions?!! I hate playing at casinos! I can't multitable!~!!!

    HELP A BROTHA OUT!!!

Oh, and yeah, someone explain how all those sites can still accept deposits and make cashouts without the FED putting it in their butts too. What's up with that?!?!

    CHEERS!

I play on a Mac too, our options are pretty much limited to Carbon or Lock Poker to run natively and it doesn't matter much which room you decide because both are on the same network (oddly enough though, they don't let you use / share the same username).

If you get Parallels or VMware plus a copy of WinXP you can launch a virtual machine to play on any other the other minor sites which isn't too tough either but more costly.

My biggest concern that no one seems to discuss is WTF are we supposed to do about depositing / cashing out? I've heard the smaller sites used pretty much the exact same payment processors which were also frozen in this latest bust. So even if bodog or lock or any of the others are still running tourneys it's pointless if I can't put money in and get it back out.
