Default Paradise Poker sudden change in dealer speed?

I have been playing heads up at Paradise Poker for the past couple of weeks and have played a thousand or so hands. Anyway 2 of those games seemed to be very fishy to me.

Has anyone ever sat down at a table at Paradise and suddenly the game takes about 15 second to deal the cards after every hand. This has happened to me twice and is extremely annoying, why on earth would the software out of the blue decide that in this game I am going to wait 15 seconds to deal the cards after every single hand!

It did it again to me just a few minutes ago. I only play heads up and have found it very strange why it would suddenly do this out of the blue. It is not internet lag or anything like that at all, the game suddenly decides from start to finish that it is going to wait 15 seconds to deal a new hand every single time until that game has finished.

I would just like to know if this has happened to anyone else as I just can't get my head round it and their support are trying to blame everything but their software.

Both times I got sucked out first with A9 to Q9 all in they hit the Q and second AQ to A 10 they hit the 10. Now the beats are not the issue here, the issue is why the heck would the software suddenly out of the blue decide in a certain game that it is going to wait 15 seconds (the time does not fluctuate) to deal after every hand in that particular game. Have you tried playing heads up and have to sit and stare at a dead screen for 15 seconds after every hand for a whole game? Certainly is annoying.

The first time I kept asking the other play wtf was going on, only reply I got was a when they sucked me out at the end. Second time I asked the person wtf was going on and whether they were making this happen, they just replied it was because it was a slow heads up tourney. Lol wtf? What a muppet, it was a slow heads up tourney due to the longer time scale between blind raises the donkey, and I had played loads on that table at the correct speed moments before that dodgy game.

So can anyone explain wtf is going on over at Paradise with this dodgy dealing pause? Is there anyway someone could use software to do anything dodgy, hence the pause between hands? Personally I am at a loss but also concerned.

Cheers for reading my long boring post.

It takes time to rig a deck, y'know?

Seriously, my guess is they have HU games set up at a lower priority in the server or the server screwed up.
