I deposited to NBB from a Visa Debit card, and was told that I could withdraw that way. Now I am told that they haven't had that option in a very long time...
So NBB is making me jump through hoops to get my money. I have $100 on the site. They give me a few options:
A- Western Union
Minimum withdraw via Western Union is $100... but I can't withdraw via Western Union unless I make a deposit of $100 and withdraw $200, paying fees both ways.
B- Wire trasnfer
I can do a wire transfer. Minimum is $200. So either way I have to deposit another $100 to withdraw the $100 I have on the site.
C- Online Wallet (PicClub)- I have to deposit $25. 30 days later I can withdraw. 35 days later I will recieve a money order. 65 days total but smaller fees than the other options.
Thanks for making it soo easy for me![]()

Sorry for the frustration. It's true US players can't cash-out by Visa. I don't think any site does that for US players. It would be helpful if you provided documentation on who told you that was an option for US players.
Cash-outs are FREE using Western Union, if you've made a deposit. Plus, as seen in our recent promotion, we reimburse players $5 for WU deposits. This is generally our #1 recommended option for US Players.
Yep, you can cash-out with a wire transfer too ($200 min). Just win more!
And you might be able to cash-out via player transfer on another site. I recently saw someone on 2+2 advertising they wanted to trade FT for NBB. Not sure if interested, but just trying to help.
Also, you should inquire from support as to how many poker points you need to have earned before you can cash-out (beyond your deposit amount I assume). If the majority of your winnings are from our freerolls, players can only cash-out that money if they've earned pokerpoints 15X's the value of freeroll winnings.
My apologies for the inconveniences. I recommend making that Western Union deposit, then you are golden on all future free withdrawals.Last edited by NoBadBeatsPoker; 02-20-2011 at 05:58 PM.

How do you get points? I've played alot and it seems my points don't go up sometimes.....
That is good to know, its always free withdrawl on WU? I might have to throw a deposit on NBB from western union while you are giving out the free money for depositing, plus 100% deposit bonus right?

So I made a western union deposit last night. $100 +12fee
There was a problem (I am unclear what it was). I had to refund the money and send again...
$100 +12 fee
So now I have paid $24 infees to send $100. I really hope this transfer works. If I pay fees again then its getting ridiculous.Since I gave up sex for food, I can't even get into My Own pants

Why doesn't NBB send checks out? I really don't get why all these poker sites have to make it so hard to get YOUR money. No checks=NBB fails IMO.

It has to do with US regulations IMO. I agree checks would be soo much easier.
On the bright site the second transfer did go through!! So now I can hopefully withdraw my money.Since I gave up sex for food, I can't even get into My Own pants

I finally got the western union to go through, and my withdraw was approved.
Now I just need support to respond to my message where I ask for sender name and location... as western union won't give me money without these. It would have been nice to know that before going to pick up the money though.Since I gave up sex for food, I can't even get into My Own pants

After a few bumps, I got my money withdrawn. Western union was fairly easy and there was only a fee on depositing the money.
NBB withdraws were fairly painless.Since I gave up sex for food, I can't even get into My Own pants
