What's your opinion about betsson poker's support?(Ongame Network)

I have changed my e-mail address and my moneybookers because I wanted to change my currency in my moneybookers account. Then, I simply wanted to use that e-mail address at betsson. In my humble opinion, this must be quite simple thing for them but they can't solve it in more than a month... I have sent like 5 or more e-mails and chatted hours with the support but they simply can't understand and solve this little "problem". I know I have some grammar mistakes but I think It's understandable and I also get answers related to my problem but they simply do something else. Wtf should I do know?
