Is anyone experiencing this problem with DR. When I click on a game to play the applet or what ever they call it now pops up trying to load then the whole app disappears and I have to re-start it and re-log in then the whole process repeats itself. I have at least 20 emails into support to try and get help, what a joke. I can hear them laughing as they leave me hanging in live chat. Thay actually closed down the live chat because I got pissed and kept trying to reach someone to fix the problem, well at least blocked me out of chat, it started saying it was closed every time I tried to log in, who knows. Anyone with any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. I would just go somewhere else but I have My bankroll at Doyles and I know it would take at least 4-8 weeks to get my money and I want to play now dammit. I guess the freerolls with the all in bingo players on PlayersOnly will have to do untill I get this resolved.

I think I had a similar problem but at Cake Poker(same network if I know well). Try to reinstall the software.

Doyle's room has recently left the Cake network and joined the Yatahay network and I am sure that is where these difficulties are coming from.

Do yourself a favor and cash out your whole bankroll asap. I was a customer at DR for over 2 years and liked the Cakepoker network. It was fast, easy to use, and you could customize it for multitabling. It wasn't anything special but it was easy to use. Customer service was just fantastic, I lost 125 Gold Coins, 119 Gold Cards. The new site is super slow, can't tile tables , can't sit in the same seat, all things that are essential to multitabling. The graphics are stupid and the 3d graphics are even worse. Absolutley nothing about the new site is better, this was a huge mistake for them. Lee Jones, one of the best card room managers around because he is a player himself has left the site and the rumors I'm hearing the Brunsons might be leaving as well. If that happens expect the Brunson 10 to disband too, no online player, and they all are, would attach thier name to this boondoggle. Thank God my online bankroll is small, so I'm not too concerned, the only thing that sucks, beside losing my gold coins and cards is that I got a good rakeback deal from them..oh well live and learn. Be careful where you go if you leave DR, I have a friend who cashed out part of his bankroll, or tried, on FT. It took 2 months and the check bounced, he redeposited it and it cleared, 2 months after that they gave him $50 for his trouble. UB has had 2 scandal episodes and Annie Duke and Phil Helmuth are no longer with them. I guess I'm headed to Pokerstars and try to find the poker star in me..lol Good luck and do yourself a favor and keep your online bankroll small..you just never know.

Better ask for their customer support. Then if the problem persist, Thats the time you will consider polling your money. If they cannot handle simple task, then how much more the bigger tasks.
