Default Idea Pitch - Pokerstars club League

I'm thinking about getting a poker league going on pokerstars using the new homegame feature, and I want to know how others feel about this.

    Game Info
I think the league should last about 3 months, with a game or sometimes two each week. I want enough games to keep people involved and be able to miss a game or two, but not too many that it becomes a chore to attend.

Each tournament would be a play money tournament, so there will be no requirement to have money on Pokerstars, and avoid having players juggling money back and forth to different sites. (It's a non-rakeback site, so no one has to sign-up and miss out on valuable rakeback)

As far as which games are played, my idea is each member submits a custom tournament with a format of their choosing (Game Type, NL/FL/PL, FR/6M/HU), and requests a time and day (of the week) to play their desired game. Try to make it convenient for yourself, but ensure that others will be able to easily attend.

    Reward!
I would like there to be a reward for at least a first place finish. I want to encourage involvement and make it at least somewhat worth everyone's time. I want to avoid any monetary reward, as this enters kind of a gray area in the "terms and conditions", as well as avoiding attracting "freetrollers" whose sole intent is getting free money.

One idea I had is a free month of Grinderschool to the winner and a micro subscription for a second place (both paid by me). I'll need to get in touch with the people at Grinderschool still to see if they can do this, but they've done it in the past.

If anyone has any other ideas let me know! I really would like the prize something anyone could use to further their own poker learning. I can take the most popular (and feasible) suggestions, and put it to a vote. (Keep in mind I can only currently swing about $30-40 for the prize [~$10/month])

When we actually start this is dependent on when we can get a large enough group together to play enough ranked tournaments (and not have canceled tournaments). I think 12 members should be the minimum

It's just in the planning stages, but I do want this to happen!

Wow this sounds cool. How about a free coaching session from you for 1st price instead? Lol.

I posted this 3 weeks ago, and now it's just getting attention.

Coaching is a neat idea, but we would need some onsite pros.

This is on hold indefinitely, not to say it isn't going to happen, just be on the lookout for later announcements.
