So I was doing an academy challenge, "tips for serious beginners"
One part of task is play 40 or more of fixed limit holdem where you have 500x big bet or more in BR.
I have put in 4 sessions of 40 hands or more with big bet of .10 and my BR is $80. 1 hour later the academy website has updated up to current time but I haven't recieved any credit.
Anyone else had problems like this? How were they resolved, were they resolved?

Was it this one?
Play one real money, 9-seated cap no-limit Hold’em cash game session at the micro-stakes levels of 5c/10c or lower where you are dealt into 40 hands or more.

no, that is a different challenge..
"Play 2 real money, 9-seated, fixed-limit Hold’em cash game sessions lasting 40 hands or more where your bankroll is at least 500 times the big bet. The big bet for a 25c/50c limit table is 50c."

I wonder if it is a BR issue... perhaps it says 500x big bet and the requirement is really 1K xBR..
Ill change challenges and try again when I am over $100

I double BR to allow for 1000x Big bet, and recieved credit.
I think its a typo in their criteria somewhere that it requires double the BR as advertised.
Bigger Bankroll FTW

Quite a question. Hard for beginners. I am not really sure about the answer myself.
