Dear Players,
Did anyone have experience in chatting with Security Team of Poker Stars?
How long average investigation can last? Is it normal to wait for an answer for each letter for 5 days?

I've never had any problems with the CS at stars. Just have to remember they probably put an emphasis on tickets from players at higher stakes, nothing wrong with that, they help their preferred customers first. Also, depending on the nature of your ticket, it may take them some time to get to investigating it, they probably get hundreds of tickets a day, and they may have to wait for the player to relog on do something similar before they can address whatever it was. Also, it's the holidays, so a lot of staff is probably off for the week. I would imagine they'll play catch up over the next few weeks. If your not getting satisfactory service within a week or two, then I'd get upset.
You probably just picked a bad time to work with CS.Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.
