So , lost a lot of SNG's and decided to gamble in the 22 and 55 SNG's.

Doing good in the remaining four , even close in the money on the 55's and suddenly everything freezes. So I quickly google something to see if it's my connection. Nope , connection is good , stars and the other platforms work fine . When I run it it shows "Connected.." than quickly switches to "Sorry,Unable to connect to server" .

Will e-mail support but not having high hopes

This is on their site , there is hope after all .

31.2. If the tournament had not yet reached the money - All players still in the tournament at the time of the cancellation will be refunded their tournament buy-in and tournament fee.
