To be brief I went to 888 poker depsited around $200 to start no problems- i then requested a withdrawal after playing a few days it showed as pending, i then continued to deposit expecting the withdrawal to have gone through.i waited for a couple of days then as soon as i questioned why the withdrawal had not been processed they said i have not passed security checks so i need to send id. i replied i have only my bank card as all other documents have been sent to the passport office.
a couple of days later i went back onto the site and there was a showing balance on my account, i presumed this balance was from bets i had placed and continued to play with this money. i was informed at a later date that 3 withdrawal requests had been cancelled by the staff and placed back into my available balance without my knowledge or consent and i had been playing poker with the money i believed had been withdrawn.
i went onto the live chat and was basically told i can deposit play and spend my monies but if i withdraw it will not been accepted until i send documents to prove my age and place of birth.? can anyone help me resolve this matter please..? I was allowed to play for days and days with no problems i deposited and played then as soon as i wish to withdraw i was told u cant withdraw.lol

I'm sure you will get your ID from paaport office eventually, when you do, just send to them issue resolved, Imean its there until you show them ID anyway, seems like a no brainer to me?

I had similar problem with Full Tilt. I deposited a decent amount of money with no problems. It took a month to do the first withdraw. They didn't want to accept anything I sent them. Pain, but now its all verified so no prob.

the problem is the money has gone now i logged onto my account and there was a balace so i used it i wasnt aware they had cancelled my withdrawal request and placed funds back into my account i, i had placed bets on football and racing i just presumed the funds was from them. i had no idea they had reversed the withdrawal. ias far as i was concererned that money went back to my card.

From what I understand this is standard procedure, they REALLY want to make sure you are who you say you are. They aren't satisfied until you've jumped through a ton of loops, with perfect documentation.

About putting the money back into your account...To avoid suspicion, they probably decided it best to put the money back into your account, rather than leaving it in some kind of limbo unaccessable to you.
