I've heard of other people getting their accounts frozen or payout problems, but since I never had any problems ...
Recently, I had my account Frozen by them. At first I thought it was just a mistake on their end. They said I owed money to X company and wanted a 'cash transfer' to settle the account. The next email the details changed, I now owed money to Y company. The next email I owed money to Y and Z.
After a bunch of emails in which details keep changing, I have to assume that it isn't a 'mistake' on their end, they are just taking my deposit money+winnings and trying to scam me out of more.

What say does carbon poker have about you owning anything to anybody ? They can't force you to make cash transfers .

None. It's like Visa asking for money for Mastercard and Federal express.
They can't force me to make cash transfers, but I , in turn, can't force them to give me the money in my account. They are not a regulated business. I have no legal recourse. Even if I did, lawyers fees would exceed the amount in my account. I'm screwed.
You are correct, it makes no sense. The only thing that does make sense is that a couple people told me that Carbon does not like grinders. They do not want my business and apparently want to keep all my money.Last edited by freak999; 10-13-2010 at 02:00 PM.

This can't be in their terms though I never read the fine prints . Post it on GPWA or maybe 2p2 as there are not that many active users here at the moment . Keep us posted .
