Recently i created an account at Carlos Poker. I made a deposit and expected a depsoit bonus. I got it, but it proved to be a "bingo" bonus so when i transfered my cash to my casino/poker account - i lost the bonus. This gave me and Carlos Poker a bad start, but i decided to just withdrawa my cash. That was 14 days ago - 14 days...

I have sent verification documents, and they have ansvered a couple of mails, (out of 10 they answer aprox 5) and they have said that it s being prosessed. It's just bullshit. NO SITE use 14 days to fix a players withdrawal.

I know now that my cash is stolen and that Carlos has no intension of giving me the dollars i am entitled to.

Its not more than 140 bucks, but the thing is that i want to WARN other players against this bullshit site. They are horrible...both on support and response time. They give a f**** about you as a player and i really recommend people to play at other sites.

You should see who licenses them and then contact them and file a complaint.
