I usually multi-table about 4 cash games. I could do more but I like to have them set up nicely on my monitor (no overlapping). I have a Dell 24" widescreen monitor. I also resize the tables and save them as custom settings, which is super easy on Full Tilt - where I like to play.

I run dual 19 inchers. My two set ups are:
A: 4 SNGs on the left and 4 more on the right
    or
B: 4 cash game tabs on the left and 1 HUSNG on the right.

But I left my desktop at my apartment, and I came back to live with my parents for winter break, so I'm just on my netbook and playing a max of 2 tables at a time.

I run a 16 right now and it sucks. I usually play 2 or 3, sometimes 5 because of my monitor. Ive done more but with the size of my monitor it gets to be a pain. Ive been wanting to get my friend to build me another computer and get me a couple of those 24" monitors. Two of those would be great.

I play on Stars which lets you resize the tables. I play 4-8 tables but the tables 5-8 overlap with another table because my laptop screen is small.

i know a guy that makes comp systems. i have a $5000.00-7000.00 system that i got for like 4gs; itsa four 19in screen monster with a 1 over 3 setup. has quad core duo and tons of speed and ram. it helps because i can do all of my player searches and move my calculating programs to the center, and play on the other three. i had the latest onlne software installed, and ive used it for fantasy football too. id say if you are into multi tables, upgrades are a must, i could never go back to one or two screens lol!!! i have pictures if anyone wants to see mine shes pretty
