Dear all,
Anyone else had problems with G2G poker?

I received an email after winning $500 stating this:

"Our fraud management team has flagged your account for security reasons and terminated your account access permanently. As a result, we are unable to re-activate your account under any circumstances"

Then I mailed back stating that I would like to know the reason my account was suspended and received the following email.

"As what our previous email suggest, our security and fraud department determined that it is necessary to have your account permanently closed. We are certain that there is valid reason for their action as they would not terminate your membership if not deemed needed."

I'm new to this online poker world, however would like some explanation, Is this one of those scam sites? they do not want to inform me WHY my account was blocked. what did I do wrong??

Is there anything I can do against this scam site??

i believe if you agreed to the user agreement where they say they can terminate...blah blah blah... you might be out of luck but for $500 i would make some calls

I would hit them back asking for the security team to contact you. Give them a phone number as well and try to speak to them. I have never had this problem before with any site. I would also contact the site that runs the skin for G2G poker.
