Hi ive just found out my account has been flagged and i cant make a deposit in real money. Wtf can anyone explain why they would do this. Ive emailed them but as usual i still havent recived a reply. The email also is asking my relation to another player but i have no idea who it is and now they want proof of my identification. Im pretty pissed off about it all and really dont know what is going on can anyone else shed some light on the situation.
Cheers
Pete

lol i find this hard to believe
here we have pete who is probably under the age and was doing shady shit on his stars account
now stars wants to see he is who he says he is
and he is afraid of "identity theft" least we not forget pete you were playing online poker , typing in your password which hackers could as easily steal.
if you aint got no problems then you should have no problem sending them your info. just fax it to them if you're worried about identity theft.
stars ALWAYS replies to emails.

I havent been doing anything shady ive been playing with them for over 3 years without drama. and yes hackers could easily steal my password id rather lose the 50 or so dollars in my account than have some asshole steal my id and rack thousands of dollars of debt

Hello obga,
Thank you for your email.
Many of us share the same feelings toward laundry, unfortunately, after an
exhausting research, we could not find any new invention or gadget, just a
washing machine.
If you have any issue or question with regard your account, please contact
us.
Thank you for playing at PokerStars.
