Full tilt recently added NL2 and NL5 tables and dropped the rake for NL10 and below to 5%.
As far as depositing, I've been using bank transfers on stars and ft. No problems so far.
I study at KRE8R's School of Bankroll Management.

i used to play poker a lot, online and live, on many sites, but it's probably been almost two years since i've even played a hand- i just got busy, and the game started to feel like work and wasn't fun anymore, so i just kinda quit. therefore, i probably suck now. in a month, however, i'll be done with my teaching credential and have a bit of extra time while i look for a "real job." and the burn out is wearing off.

    so where should i play?

i used to like stars, and played some on sunpoker, among other places. i don't even know what sites are around anymore.

i'd only be starting with like $100 or so and having to build from there (not risking much cash at first in case i'm totally awful now), so the room has to have very low limits. i mostly play hold'em, limit and no limit, but would like a site where i can also play other games, like omaha and 7 stud. someplace not too full of sharks. oh, and i tend to stay up to like 3 or 4 am, pacific time. so somewhere that still has tables at that time.

sign up bonuses may not matter, as i've probably already signed up for most sites long ago (i wrote several of the site reviews for this forum), unless i can sign up again? i don't know. i used to get rakeback from raketherake, but i don't think i'd be playing enough to qualify anymore.

and i live in the us, in case some sites don't take us players? (i quit shortly after the ban.) can i still fund a site with paypal?

    can you help me?
    FULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL TIIIIIIIIIIIIIILT!!!
