Meh, I dont really think Kayos did anything wrong. They were stupid to to give him the info. Not really his fault. He can really do whatever he wants with it.

Agreed, he can do whatever he wants. People are always welcome to do what they if they are ready to accept a consequence. In this case, loss of chat priviliges for intentionally incensing other players.

Perhaps Carbon provides this as an extra was to ensure people that others are not cheating, but Kayos was abusing it. Or else does Kayos thinnk he should be able to get this info everytime he folds when he thinks he's beat and then go tease villain that he know what his hand was (letting everyone else at the table know as well). Maybe Carbon could change their policy on providing this, but without examining the reasons they do it, why should they change because of one person who abuses it.

Kayos did this twice in a row with the sole purpose on incensing that player. It was childish and he got his chat bann'ed so he can no longer disrupt others players. I support Carbon's response completely. Banning account and keeping money would have gone been going too far, but likely an option giving most terms of service say than can do this anytime for any reason.

I am not 100% sure on the reasons why they tell players the mucked hand but my guess is they are not allowed to. I say this because some people working in live chat will never say the hand and say something like "The player chose to muck his hand" I think if they are going to chat ban me for sharing this info they should atleast informed me not to share it with anyone when they told me in the first place. Or maybe one warning not to ask support about this anymore.

1. You get 30% rakeback deposited daily to your acount
2. The software rocks imo. Some of the features I like most are. The option to only show 1 card instead of both if everyone folds. There is a % next to the players names when they are all in of what chance they have to win, and this stat changes with each card that comes. The bounty SNGs are pretty sick too. Half the buy in gos to each players bounty on games $20 or less.
3. They have frequent reload bonuses 100-200% but they are slow to clear.
4. I would still be playing there if I could use chat. Very under rated site.
5. If you decide to play there... I notice your screen name, so you would be happier with "Reefer Poker" I would imagine. Same network, all about weed!
