Default Transfer money from Paypal or between sites [new site]

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with this site, I wasn't asked to write this and have no relationships with any of the owners or moderators there.

Poker Transfers Online: Transfer Poker Money Safely - Powered by vBulletin

This is a site I stumbled upon while trying to fund my account (I should update my sig obviously), basically it allows ANYONE to move funds between accounts and Paypal.

It works like this, as explained there:

The following outlines the proper method of setting up a transfer. By following this, you will ensure a safe, smooth, and secure transfer of your poker funds from one site to another.

    1. If you have poker funds you'd like to sell, transfer or purchase to a different poker site, please post in the transfer forum that best suits your transfer. For example, if you have Full Tilt money and want to move it to Poker Stars, post in the FULL TILT TRANSFERS forum.

Posts should be something along these lines:
    Quote:
Subject: Have $xxx Full Tilt, I need Poker Stars
Message: I have $xxx Full Tilt funds and I'd like $yyy Poker Stars funds.

    2. Now, you wait for a user to come along and make an offer on your posted amount. It'll most likely be something along the lines of, "I have $yyy Poker Stars that I'll give you for your FT money"

    3. Once you and the buyer/seller have agreed on an arrangement, the SELLER needs to make a post in the PENDING TRANSFERS forum outlining the agreement, and the BUYER needs to post confirming it. Once it is confirmed by myself or Brian, we will post the usernames you'll both need to transfer your poker funds to.

    4. As soon as both parties have transfered the funds to us, we will complete the deal by sending the funds to both of you less a 2.5% fee (each). Once the deal has been completed, both parties will be notified that the transfers have been complete, and we'll request that you both issue Trader Ratings to one another to help benefit those in the community, as well as signal that you are a good trader.
Of course the fees are a negative, but it's fast and it's scam-protected. I've transfered $250 from my Paypal to them and within one hour got $230 (after the fees)

I hope this won't be seen as an advertisement or something, I just think it's great that a forum found a way to make transfers scam-proof, yes they make profit on our back - but nobody's willing to do it for free so yeah..

    Hey guys,

I am the owner of PokerTransfersOnline.

I appreciate all the positive (and negative if their are any!) feedback on the site, and welcome you to personally ask any questions you may have.

The site is setup to ensure that transfers are done safely and securely. We act as an escrow service, so you NEVER send to another member.

Again, feel free to ask any questions you may have.

    Regards,
    Brian

    Do you have Epasporte-Moneybookers tranfers....Or epassporte-PokerRooms transfers?
I often have problems transferring funds from ePassporte due their restrictions for Online Gaming..
Stripped-deck poker variants: 32Card Draw Poker ; Americana & Telesina Poker.
5-Card Stud variant: Play Soko Poker Online.

    E-passporte is currently not offered.

Right now as far as e-wallets accepted, we have PayPal and MoneyBookers. So you can buy poker funds with either, or trade with either, etc.

I will look into epassporte, but I am doubtful as their regulations have caused more then a few headaches as of recent.

    Regards,
    Brian

where (e.g what bank/what country) do you keep the funds in escrow? Also, your fees (%5 per party basically making it 10%) are WAY to high. Post back here when you become reasonable, like 3% - 4% total (1.5% - 2% per person).

To transfer $250 between people you get $25... gimmeabreak.

I'm also curious to what the sites like PS & FT will do when they catch on, which will be pretty quickly if you only have onw account per site are busy to transfer from/to

Given that what you are doing is contradictory to section 5.2 of Poker Stars Terms of Service, how would you compensate a player is they were transfering through you and PS decided to keep all the funds in your account, which they would be entitled to do. Do you gaurentee (and how can we know) that the money would be reimbursed using some other method

Poker Stars - Online Poker Site Terms of Service

5.2. PERSONAL USE. The Service is intended solely for the User's personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment. Under no circumstances shall a User be permitted to use his/her "real money account" with PokerStars for any purpose other than for using the Service.
Also, point 4 on your Transfer Procedure page states 2.5% each, but the fees page states 5%. Which is it?
