Default Winning Long Term Online

OK guys..I've posted here before about FullTilt's AWFUL bad beats...but I have to ask. For those players who win long term, how do you do it? What is your strategy? I refuse to fold AA, KK, and AK to all ins I know don't have a hand. TOnight, all preflop all ins, I lost AA vs 9 9, KK vs KQ, and AK vs AJ. NOw you all know the odds of thse three hands, YA THINK ONE WOULD HOLD!

NOw I know you are saying, it's just one night..but it's every week after week of suckouts rewarding donkey @sses. SO..how do you win long term? I'm almost ready to pay someone to sit in on my tournaments and critique my play. I think getting your $$$ in with the best hand (dominating in some circumstances) would be a good strategy, but it's not working for me.

advice??

play more. do you have any idea what long term is?.. if your playing cash games you need to play around 100K hands. If your playing tourneys, you need about 1000 games to see if your a long term winner.

100 000K hands.... I'm at about 3200 since my live poker debut early this year and 8000 at the end of the year

That's what happens when you can only play 35 hands/hr.

Chances are you're a losing player (harsh but probably true) and you are only remembering the suckouts while the real losses are in many small pots where you make mistakes.

If you got your money in good every time you'd be making money.

LOL. I expected most of those responses, but I"ve been charting my hands for almost 2 years now and always (9 out of 10) get my $$ in with the best. Anyone who has made $$ want to sit in on my tourny. AS I TYPE...GOT SOMEONE ALL IN AFTER THE TURN. THEY HAD 2 OUTS AND CAUGHT. lol. I just laugh at Full Tilt now.
