the funny thing is you're at the wrong forums for this request. 95% of the people flamming you right now are losing players, HENCE, the reason they feel the need to flame...
its truly a horrible cycle.
in all honesty though, we need long term stats of your play from some sort of software.

I think the problem is you need to take a break from NLHE. Play a little stud or limit hold'em, get your mind off the beats and wash away the "i'm going to lose" mentality. then a week from now, go back to NL.
This is what I tend to do, recently I was taking a beating in online cash games, so I started playing S&G's instead. Not only did I do pretty good in the S&G's, but i also started doing well in cash games when I started back after a 2 week break.
Unfortunately, this is what you have to deal with in poker, it's not as if when you are a 4 to 1 favorite you'll win 4 out 5 hands or 8 out of 10. It tends to run in bunches, you'll lose 4 out of 5 and then win 19 out of 20.Read my musings on poker and life at Online Poker Examiner, Poker Examiner, PokerNewsBoy.com, and My Poker Blog

limit games and freerolls get me on mega tilt. That is, all games where people don't fold.
I know Steve you're a limit expert, got a lot of respect for that if you can just play your A-Game for hours.
