I don't know how they scammed my card, whoever it was, I even have it enrolled in verified by Visa. Here is one of the emails I received from
FTP.
First of all, let me apologize for the predicament you find yourself in.
Identity theft can be unnerving to say the least and we hope we can get
to the bottom of this as soon as possible.
We're sure your main concern at this point is being reimbursed for the
charges which you have incurred. Please know however that any
reimbursements will not be facilitated by Full Tilt Poker. You will have
to take up the case with your financial institution who will formalize
the reimbursement procedure with us directly in the form of a
chargeback.
What we can do at this stage to prevent any further fraud on our site is
to track down the aforementioned charges. Simply reply to this email
with your credit card number and we will shut down the account involved
and have the card flagged to prevent further usage. To put you at ease
please know that we will not require any additional information such as
the expiry date or CVN (Card Verification Number).
We look forward to your reply. If you have any further questions or
concerns, please let us know.
Regards,
Matthew C

Anyway, now I wait for the bank to send the charge back forms and see what happens. FTP seems to favor a charge back so I don't see why Visa should have a problem with it. Just beware of thieves out there, they can even outwit Verified by Visa and
FTP.
