i am a regular on poker stars and a fairly good player but i do have problems with tilt, and i excluded mwself for a month when i was actually doing really well. i turned 25 bucks into 600 in about a week but then lost about 150 and excluded myself for a month. i really wish i would not have done it. Anyway is there anyway to get the exclusion off, thank you
i would imagine there is not way to get the exclusion lifted(but cannot be sure)
if u feel the need to exclude urself from a poker site for a month, is it really a good idea to go back playing at all?

Like i said I do have some tilt issues that im working on, and i don't think it would be an issue if i was losing money but the fact is I am a winning player. sometimes I just loose my cool when i sit in a tourney for 5 hours only to be rivered out. I am aware of my weakness and thanks for the advice.
lol, if you exclude yourself...you probably did it for a good reason. Go for a walk, have a beer, read a poker book if you need it. TBH, this all sounds a bit sad...
