This is just a scam, don't worry about it.
Well over $300,000 free every month in 2011 with freerolls, rake races, and rake chases!
www.RakeGuard.com has the highest rakeback percentages available.
RakeGuard...more than just rakeback.

lmao just read all the fine print on the main page... basically they're saying they don't guarantee anything will work and they're not responsible for anything that happens, ever.
and the Hold'Em Secrets... oh gee, look it's all free and totally works and tells you exactly what hands you will win and lose... but oh no, the free offer is no longer available, you just missed your chance, poor you! But don't worry we'll cut it down from the $150 it's really worth, down to $50 JUST FOR YOU!!!!
All scam sites are the same: long repetitive pages of reassuring excitement that their product will make you a gazillionaire in an instant. Don't forget the real testimony from real people! You definitely know they're real cause they like totally put their first name and last initial and place of residence like omg!!
Scammers prey on people who are looking for a get-rich-quick scheme
Check these out for a bunch of scams to be wary of:
Avoiding Online Poker Scams - Five Common Poker Scams
Read the third scam (first one labelled Severe), doesn't that sound exactly like what TheAlex did?
and this one has the low-down on Hold'em Secrets that you posted plus a few others: Poker Scams, Holdem secrets, poker cheats
Scams are like conspiracy theories - they are explained in great detail, stating everything as pure uncontested fact, and cater to a person's innermost desire to get one-up on everyone else, all the "unenlightened" people. In both, most of their "facts" are untrue or impossible to prove, but plant that seed of mistrust in your mind, so that you think you are being played for a fool and should listen to this wonderful tale of how to thwart your opressors and take the advantage.
ALL BULLSHIT!!!
Always remember the addage: if it sounds too good to be true, THEN IT IS!!
Hard work, patience, and the ambition to always improve yourself are the best tools you can use for poker, and anything in life.
P.S. sorry for the long-winded motivational reply
