Does anyone know why on most poker sites, when one wins a hand they usually get another good hand after that. I've noticed when I play (Full Tilt), and win a hand, I usually get another really good hand after that. If I fold a lot and play tight, I keep getting crappy hands. Is it the way the RNG works or what?

No.
Flip a coin a thousand times. You'll see lots of little runs of 'heads' in a row. To your human mind, they stand out as being non-random, where in fact mathematically random sequences DO exactly that. Your second good hand was not because of your first one. I've gotten AKo 3 hands in a row before. I've gotten pocket pairs three hands in a row. I've gotten pocket aces two hands in a row. I've had runs of 5 raise-worthy hands in a row.
The best part about those things when they happen is that the table NEVER believes you, which makes those situations, when you're fortunate enough to get them, EXTREMELY profitable!

That's it then...
Thanks for the feedback guys. I guess that debunks my hypothesis. Makes me feel better though. Again, thanks for the feedback.

The online poker software is based on a ticker. This means that all your hands are random. Even when you get pocket AAs two times in a row, it doesn't mean that the poker site is rewarding you for something. It will happen. So when you see people blaming the poker site that they are rigging the deck, just remember that the player is really stupid and has no experience playing poker.
