I was in a 9 person SNG and noticed 3 people doing reraises over each other and folding to very small bets on the river when they were only ones in the pot. It didnt hit me until later that they were probably in collusion. How do u report collusion on pokerstars?, i suspect that if they transfer money between each other and play in the same small SNGs that pokerstars would shut them down if only i could remember their dam names. All I can hope now is some1 else reporting them ( 1 was donald something) or pokerstars checking up on them when they cash out

Check HH and get the tournament ID, and the names of the people involved. Maybe give certain hand #'s as well to help out. Just send that to PS support and they will pwn those noobs.
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Pokerstars support is extremely helpful and responsive, great customer service in my few experiences. A few times I've reported to them what I believed was inappropriate table talk (such as telling what you had in the hand you folded before the hand has been completed) making sure to report the tournament or table # (in the upper-left corner) and how much time had gone by in the tournament (just to give them a place to start) and in all of the few cases I reported to them they returned my e-mail right away with a description of the situation (in these cases the chat was against their rules so they say they gave them a warning).
Collusion is much more serious than just inappropriate chat and if you can give them the information they need to identify the game or tourney then they can take it from there. Their e-mail link is probably easy to find if you click Help within the program.

You should always report it even if you just have an 'inkling' something is up. PokerStars are pretty good at picking up on this type of thing and even if they don't see any evidence for collusion in your particular game they'll keep an eye on those accounts in future.
Unfortunately this can happen on the largest sites because you're not always playing the same players and the cheats can get lost in the crowd - the regulars on a smaller site will spot this type of thing pretty quickly. It usually doesn't last long though, as the sites have all sorts of checks in place to monitor accounts. But it's down to us to give them a helping hand by reporting anything we think is suspicious.
Did you write to them Hansel? What happened?
