It depends on the site and where the bank account is that you're transferring into. They should tell you before you do it.
Why not use switch/maestro if you are from the UK? It's free.For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I've never been charged on my switch card. I would guess you'd be ok with Party, are they not a British company?
