iF I DEPOSIT STRAIGHT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WILL THE BANK CHARGE ME.
FULL TILT AND BETSAFE POKER BOTH CHARGE ME BUT INTERPOKER DOES NOT
IS IT BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES???

It depends on the site and where the bank account is that you're transferring into. They should tell you before you do it.
Why not use switch/maestro if you are from the UK? It's free.

I've never been charged on my switch card. I would guess you'd be ok with Party, are they not a British company?
