I use to use pokerdb to lool up people. I only play mtt's on Poker stars.
What is the best site these days for tracking other players stats and winning's? Or is there a goo software for that? I play all day and don't even make use of the tools out there and haven't been staying informed.
Can anyone give a recomendation on sites or tools to help win mtt's. I've have about $30k in winnings in three years. Who knows about the loses? ha ha

Are you asking about software like PokerTracker and PokerOffice?
Or aggregation sites like SharkScope or OfficialPokerRankings? If you are one in a million, there's eight just like you in Manhattan.

I guess I want both. I definetely want to know stats on other players at the table and was wondering if these tools that analyse your own play help.
Someone told me my stats show I obviously suck. I want to know how he knew but when I ask at the table no one will tell me what there using.
Can't imagin why.
thank for the replies

That would be sharkscope they looked at, it tracks your sit n go's and puts your results in a database.
Pokertracker/pokeroffice are definitely recommended though, have a play about with them both and see which you like best. Invaluable when improving your game. For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Poker office can be got for free, playing at various sites, check out their website.
Poker tracker gives you a free trial and after that is $55, well worth it imo.
They basically allow you to look at every aspect of your play, from how aggressive you are in the blinds to how you play suited connectors on the button. You can pick up on leaks you never knew existed in your game while also tracking your opponents in real time to give you extra info at the table. For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

This is all making sense now. I started over threee years ago. Lost $4k the first year. Then took first twice in a month 722 people and about 400 people. I made $6k that month and continued to take lots of 2nd 3rd's and 4th's. I've taken first five times in a year and a half. the most was 1023 people.
Now I can't win to save my life. I've taken 2nd once and 4th once in the last year. I think everybody knows my game but me.
Thanks for the help. I think this software is exactly what I need to bring back the "glory days". I don't know why I waited this long to join a forum. I guess i was to busy going "all in"Last edited by johnson45; 06-20-2007 at 07:25 AM.
