Since their newest update, I haven't been able to get into the site. I can log in but it doesn't take me past the first screen. Since I can't get to the cashier, I've asked customer service via e-mail to send me my money but they won't. I've asked them to contact me via telephone but they won't. I made appointments for two different days this week for them to take control of my computer, but they didn't keep them.
