I was just randomly thinking of this.
I remember when i was on the phone with tech support for my internet one day, he asked me to go to site "X" and connect so he could take over and fix the problem.
Sure enough, after connecting, i let go of my mouse and the mouse arrow started moving around. He could see and control everything on my computer, from his computer. So there are obviously programs that allow you to control a computer from an entirely different location (Tech support was surly not from my area, as they never are).
So what if you had family/friends in another country, and you paid them to set you up a computer which ran this program and gave you total access to said computer.
You would technically be connected and playing through their computer, and you would be controlling it from the US.
Just a thought.....
A hassle, yes, but if the games are really that much more profitable.
Idk, someone come and call me stupid and explain why this wouldn't work.

This....would allow you to play Party from the US?

I'm fairly sure those programs only work on a network, such as one you might have at work. I'm not entirely sure how you'd set it up overseas. It could work, though.
You'd actually need the program and you'd need to set up the network first, though."You can ask the sky to summon the wind, but the sky will summon what wind it will."

even if it could work, i doubt you'd be able to play more than 1 table because it would lag up
