Just thought id throw a good word out for PS to those deciding what site to join.

My internet went out in a storm about 2 mins after joining 3 sit and goes. I heard people have been able to get there money back, so i figured id give it a try.

I explained the problem and this is what i get back,

Unbelievable.

They had NO obligation to pay me back what so ever. It was completly my fault, yet they still pay me back.

yeah their customer service is undeniably great, i wonder if they can cure kr8ers yeast infection?

If stars offered decent bonus and rakeback deals (not that they need to though) I would play there as my only site. Their customer service is second to none.

I had ordered a mug from their fpp store which hadn't arrived after about 3 months. I didn't really care, it was only a silly mug but emailed them anyway. Within an hour they replied apologising and the next day they sent another one out. Can't ask for much better (apart from getting the mug in the first place I suppose ).

they have great customer service and ur always guaranteed a quick reply to ANY email u send them, no matter how stupid the question / complaint happens to be.

my only issue with them is their lack of decent bonuses / RB, particularly the way they massively increased the clearance rates to 15x since they became the major player in the game....the simple fact of the matter is that if / when Party et al come back into the US market, players will flock away from Stars once again.

hands down best customer service in world. I remmeber back when i was clearing bonis there, and would run into problems when starting account/withdrawing, whatever, I would never feal uneasy b/c I could count on them.


This is prolly why they are #1, the players are the most important thing tto them, unlike other sites like UB and FT.
