I recently signed up with titan poker, and I am fully aware they need to protect themselves from fraud and so on but as they run on the playtech software I assumed they would work like betfred. I opened the account thinking that I would be able to move money in and out using my debit card...but no. I can deposit using it but they won't offer withdrawals to it.

Its a UK based card processing company and would charge say 35p to send it back to my card. Now I have to wait up to 22 days for a paper cheque. The main thing that bugged me was that they don't withdraw the money until I have lost the deposit I made so they could have just not taken it out and closed my account.

The reason I am annoyed is that I came home to find my boiler completely broken and needing a plumber urgently I need all the cash I can get. I now have to wait for what seems like such a daft system. We are in the 21st Century and if some poker rooms can provide good customer service and easy deposit/withdrawals why can't others???

Another thing, if you have a problem email them do not talk to live help as they don't seem to know much and tend to "get disconnected" when a question they don't know is asked.

Sorry rant over!!! Do you know of any online rooms that will allow easy backwards and forwards moving of funds using a UK debit card?

VC poker let you move money back to a credit/debit card easily. They can also do bank transfer which is pretty sweet.
