You can unregister and when you do, you get T$215. T$ can be used for any MTTs/SNGs and sold for cash. Basically, they just can't be cashed out or put on cash tables.
The Million plays like a low-stakes rebuy after the rebuy period. Everyone sucks. Can't really put it any better than that.
