    If someone's account gets hacked, how is it not the fault of the site. See that thing about Greg Raymer's account getting hacked. Even if they guess your password it is the site's fault for not having reasonable security measures such as userid #s.

    But back to the original point. Epic, by keeping the money you are an immoral thief. Not to say I might not have done the same thing, but you cannot claim that it isn't stealing on your part because they made a mistake. Technically you should have emailed them saying that you had $400 in your account that isn't yours, and would they like it back? You definitely would have emailed if you had $400 missing.

    As for what you should do, you should pay them back the money. Or keep it, but you have to admit that you are stealing.

    This is the first time I spoke to Phoniexdan. Good Times.
    at least your honest lairyboy.ands i understand your point of view. I sorted it out with pokerstars now.
    We came to an agreement where i dont physical have to pay back the $400.As soon as thats done im leaving them. dont see the big deal with them at all.

    Gotta agree with that, I (and most likely many others) suggested to them to separate screen names from login names. That way you could also change your screen name whenever you like (would be just an alias)
