About LinkBacksSo VC did an "upgrade" of their software (was this all tribeca sites or just VC?) the other week. What do people here think of the new layout?
I hate it! It reminds me of Party far too much (one site I've never liked the layout of) and they seem to have taken away all of the, previously, good features of VC. It might be me being dumb but hot keys (one of the best things about VC before) and buddy lists have disappeared, the cashier takes an age to load, the avatars are ugly, if you take them away you can hardly see each player cos they clash with the carpet colour (breathe, breathe). I've never liked slider bars, but they're in there! I dunno, it just seems a bit tacky and cheap now. I'm cashing out and going for a site with a good bonus and rakeback (and PO support).

For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

The whole of Tribeca moved to iPoker. You now play with the same players as Noble Poker, Titan poker etc.
If you continue to play on that network may I reccomend Kiwi Poker. No point staying on VC with no bonus.
100% deposit bonus up to $500 and clears at 50 points per $ which I am finding equivalent to around 75% rakeback (some of the other sites on this network clear at 100-120 points per $).

Is anyone else having problems with it? The lobby info is always well out of date, and I'm getting loads of crashes when seated at tables. The worst being :
I raise to $2 with AK - get 2 callers. Flop is 997 and I cbet $4.50. Both players fold but the $11.00 is still in the middle (ready to be pushed in my direction) - and it crashes!!!
I didn't worry too much until I logged in a day later and that $11 was not in my account. My hand histroy in the client shows no record of the AK hand. I emailed support...nothing. I phone them and they said they'd look into it.
I'm not overly bothered about the money, but if it was to happen in a bigger hand I'd be fuming. Not played a hand there since that happened and I'm not going to until it's sorted.

i hate it - plus i cant even sign in to my account - no record of me or my money - not happy at all - my whole BR and i cant even get through to customer services either.....

They should have emailed you - check your junk email box. My account name was prefixed by something like QZP to allow me to sign in.

Had to change my name due to incompatible characters. Silly in this day and age if you ask me. Other than that everything works fine (apart from PO crashing whenever i close a table - but that is more a vista/java thing)

justa useless bit of information
VC not only use iPoker BUT also use the B2B Network - BUT the B2b side is only available if your from Israel. Do a google on B2B network and look at the partners you''ll see VC there. The Jewish client is B2B and the rest of the world gets iPoker..

Well I spoke too soon, couldn't sign on yesterday, tried the forgot password area - would even recognise my email address (wtf??). Tried again and it said my account was locked and to contact support (wtf??).
Now been 14 hours since I "first" contacted them. Three automated responses is all I have received, last email i sent was decisively nasty. I cannot stand bad support. They needed to get to me within a time frame that is acceptable to even the most patient.......14 hours is not acceptable.
Never have I had a problem like this before with any other site. Time to take my meager earnings out of VC and move it somewhere else where they actually communicate with the customer.
All they had to do was communicate once with me to let me know what was going on. Really really pissed off with them.
