I did this 12 hours ago and have still heard nothing.
Time to withdraw and do a bit of bonus whoring. Shame because I built my bankroll at VC and although I don't play as much there these days they still make a bit of rake out of me.
I agree Alchera - there is nothing worse than bad customer support.

3 days!!??! Ahhh fuck that.
I want to withdraw but I can't get in my account and they won't respond!
It's a shame too because the low limit games on here are awesome for making a quick profit - never have I seen soooooo many wanting to get all there money in with nothing but air (although one time I did have a set of kings which got beat by a 9c 3c caller who rivered a straight - but that was just too funny and I took all his money a couple of orbits later
).
I will miss that - just need to find another site that offers the same type of players
and bonus and rake too.
