Need help starting a tourney with friends

What site would be the best poker room to use to start a 13 week poker season on. We have 8 guys that will get together once a week to play online.

The only problem I see with this is that the sites I'm used to setting up private tables on will not let you raise blinds when someone leaves. Anyone know a site that will allow you to do this?

Maybe I'm missing something but any help would be much appreciated.
