    Default Neteller Money ?

Will we ever get our money out of Neteller, they currently have $55 million in US funds pending?

I think we will. I've seen people post headings about Neteller is screwing us, or is there any reason to think we will get our money? But is there any reason to think we won't? At some point?

I think in the next couple months something will be done to get us our funds. It doesn't benefit the US govt, to piss people off to the tune of $55 million.

They have updates that they've met with US officials with the goal of clearing this up enough for us to get our money.

It's a waiting game.......I have a large amount pending.....not a few hundred like most. But I think we'll see it.

    My fingers are crossed

I thought they indicated everything is on hold for a month until everything is cleared up.

I've only left a couple of k in - and thast going to web sites over the next week or so.

The thing is that what must now appen is some sort of audit trail. laywers will be involved and if the DOJ push it they could completely screw NT thorugh process - forcing them to account for every penny. This will be very costly both in time and money.

It is an offshore bank. It is regulated by the FSA - but I have invested tens of thousands of pounds in FSA regulated companies - and they've gone bust (I've also made money - its the risk you take).

The poker players/gamblers dont have any lobbying power (if they did the laws wouldnt have gone through).

I've seen onshore banks go pop before - NT is an offshore minow - no-one cares --shit happens..
See me playing $10/$20NL like it was play money
