    Default RedKings.Com - A Warning

    I have been very unhappy with the service on this Ongame (Poker Room) skin.

    I have played on multiple sites (50+) and over 5 other Ongame Skins and never had issues like this before.

    I made a cashout approx 8 days ago which I never recieved and then a further cashout 3 days ago which I also still haven't received.

    I have been told multiple times that 1st cashout had already been processed and that they "lost" the reference number.

    I was then told today that both cashouts were processed together yesterday (2 days after I was initially told the 1st cashout had been sent).

    Maybe I will get my money. Either way I have clearly been lied to at least once and had unecessary stress and lost earning potential caused by this incompetence.

    Well, it's a good portion of money. Maybe you can do what PhxDan did with UB and send screenshots of your Neteller statement with a current date.

    It is only fair for me to give now the unbiased facts.

    Today I recieved the full cashout amount among with an apology an extra bonus and some free tournament tickets (2 x $33 tournies I have just seen).

    So cash outs dated 1st and 5th Feb paid in full on 13th Feb with an apology and free bonus for delay. I guess this is acceptable, although i have not ever had to wait this long for a Neteller cashout before. Perhaps the fact that I am underolled at the moment contruibuted to my frustration.

    At 8x it is the fastest clearing bonus on the Ongame Network.

    I know Eclipse cleared this bonus so would be good to get his review as further evidence.

    alot of ppl on BW were having similar problems.. its proabbly robust now - just start up problems.
