I see, i thought it ment gambling in general online. Thats probably where there headed in all this anyway though.

This is my perspective as well. Besides there are so many people playing poker online in America that I find it very hard to believe that they could just pass a bill banning it without there being a major upset.
Realistically, as soon as casinos realize that online poker (and gambling in general) will actually make them more money they will jump on the bandwagon and congress will a serious 180 on this issue.
