that would probably be money laundering and not legal, and we can't get money into neteller accounts. The prohibition is really on the sites for accepting wagers from US players.

Then that would mean our email would have to be the same as the email on ur NT account, therefore giving you total access to our poker accounts, and making it so we had to withdraw via your neteller account.

technically the ban isn't against poker
its against illegal online gambling, which poker hasn't been named
and they are attacking payment processors
in the long run its a move to put new processors in place that will report peoples money movement and hence make it TAXABLE

i dont think any type of gambling has been explicitly named. It is about accepting "wagers" so it has to do with what the definition of a "wager" is.
And you dont need our email addresses and account info, you could do player to player transfers which is what I think you were thinking of.
And no, you cannot get money to neteller. NT is not accepting any more from US citizens

The funny thing is, this ban (like a lot of bans) have killed off the most law abiding. Nothing against places like FTP, my new online home, but the sites that caved to US legislation were the british companies that were actually publicly traded and all. They had more regulation as publicly traded companies, but now the only survivors (and they're THRIVING from the backlash) are the offshore places. Less regulation, and less recourse if something goes wrong, like one day they're here, the next they're gone.
I guess it doesn't matter as much with the big, trusted sites. They're in it for the long haul anyway. But I always thought the same thing about gun control - only takes guns away from the law abiding. Just my opinion, not trying to get *too* political.
