Well, suposidily, in order to use the cards online you first have to go the card site and enter your personal info to be linked with the card. I did not have to do this for Stars.

I went to deposit onto UB, it was rejected. So i went to the card site to enter my info so it would be accepted, and their is already a $100 pending charge from Ultimate bet on the card.... even tho it was rejected.

Now, idk if UB will cancel it or what, but if not i am going to have to fight the charge with Visa or lose $100. Since UB support is almost non-exsistant, its going to be awhile untill i hear back from them.

My balance on the card is $0, as their is a $100 pending transaction, yet i got no money in UB

Did you email UB support? I wouldn't want to just write off $100.

Yes, but there reply time is just horrible.

I called and talked to someone very briefly and they told me there indeed should not be a pending charge if it was denied, and if it was not credited to my UB account, the charge should not be their.

I will call back tonight and attempt to get it straightened out.

Talked with them on the phone again. They said my account has not been charged.

The $100 pending charge is still their. If it clears i am filing a claim and a stop-payment to UB.

Im hoping within the week it will clear as a $0 charge tho, id rather not go through the hassel of filing a claim

Funds will be available on 2/8.

Takes 10 days to clear for $0 and $100 taken off of hold
