I'd like to get on the rakeback for AP but already have an account there. Anybody have any experience with this problem? I'm sure I can make a new account but am wondering if this will land me in a hassle with the site. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Usually rakeback is a cookie that you get from your affiliate to sign up through them, so you only get it on brand new accounts.
I can't help you with the nuances of getting a second account. I tend to keep honest because deceit is too much hassle. Others may have advice for you, though.

Ouch! You make it out like I want to play two names at the same table. I just play at their site all the time and want to get in on the rakeback.
I agree deciet is a hassle, so is playing heads up for thirty minutes at $2/$4 and watching twenty bucks disappear into the rake. If I can get five of that back then I won five extra dollars at the table. Call it ten dollars an hour in rakeback, eight hour day, six days a week, that's $1900/mo.
I'm not talking aboutcheating, using mutliple sn's at the same time or rotating through them, or any of the hundred other scams I'm sure their are. It doesn't break my heart that people will lose some notes but that's not the point. I'm talking about that if I'm doing my math right, I could get an extra $1900/mo out of my game and I'm interested in doing so.

What she's saying is that it's against the terms that you agreed to when making your first account. If they see frequent activity on the same IP even if at different times, they can lock you up and take your money because you agreed to that.
My advice- Get rakeback on UB. If you already have an account, it's fine. They allow you to have up to 3 accounts. Betfair's a Prima site where you can get rakeback, too.

thanks Alex. I've just wanted to stay on AP because I like their site. But I guess it's just not practical. Thanks again to both.
