THere is a 5 hand limit to the HH. If you wanna see 5+ hands, you cant. you need to close the HH window and open it up again.

This means;

you can'n track your own hands
you cant poach games you arn't playing

I recently decided to start tracking myself to see how im playing, and learned that I cant.

I urge all PT users to email them.

P.S they said they would up the limit to 100 hands. This still is stupid imo.

I don't understand why they can't just do it like Stars. How any site can see that format and not use it is beyond me.

I'm confused. I track myself fine at UB. I haven't tried to grab hands from tables where I'm not playing, however.

Are you using the Ultimate History helper app? When I started, I read that it was necessary, so I set it up and have been using it every time. No problems.

I only wish the HH window would stop grabbing focus all the time. Especially when I'm trying to chat or type a bet amount.

i tried tracking myself last night, and the HH kept on saying I need to restart. I'll try again today, it's possible my drunkenness was affecting my reasoning.

As far as i know PO wont even work with UB. So im shit outa luck anyway

It's only when you lurk other tables. That shouldn't happen with your own.

Never mind, I logged on to UB yesterday for the first time in a little while, and after the software updated, I'm getting the constant need to close/reopen the HH window, just like Gder said. When I saw his post, I hadn't realized they'd made a change.

Are they trying to drive away the serious players, and just keep the casual fish and donks? Not only have they NOT fixed the issue where the HH window keeps grabbing focus, but now it's even more fiddly and annoying. And I was only playing two tables!

It's even more reason for me to just stay at Stars.

I'd be happy if the window would just stay in the background. It should be seen and not heard, or something like that.
